Unnessary red tape

I did an upgrade via the online store. I received my confirmation and was advised by a non reply email that item is out of stock. My solution was to call Vodacom and cancel the order. After being pushed from pillar to post I was advised that order will be cancelled only after a week as the courier company has to try and deliver i.e generate a failed delivery. Not sure how they can deliver something that is out of stock. In the mean time I cant do an in-store upgrade due this online upgrade that is never going to happen. Was going to get a Smart Tab in-store but cant . I have seen a competitor with a Samsung Tab for 100 more kind of makes the smart tab seem expensive. The point is the red tape will make not renewing and moving to another provider an option.
