unmerited debit order

i purchased an hauwei G7 gold from the vodacom shop on the bluff in July 2015. as per the contract i signed it says that i should be paying a fixed amount of R299.00 a month . for the month of august a debit order went off for R457.50 i called the customer care department spoke to a lady by the name of annelise who advised me that data was loaded to the phone without my knowledge and used and now the amount has been debited which i was not aware of. she then chnaged her mind and said shes from the prepaid department i need to call the contract department. i called and spoke to thabo memela who advised this was loaded without my permission and is not part of my contract said the only thing he can do is delete this reoccurance but not refund me. spoke to his manager Joy who then advised me that nothing can be done and that i must go into the store that i bought the phone for assistance. i called the sales consultant that did the sale fawazia and she then sent a req for this matter to be investigated she said theres nothing she can do aswell. i received s3-8dh61-1m41 ref number from her. not long after i was called by a guy simon who advised because the data was used they cant refund
