Unlock Summer voucher vanishing

I've been playing the "Unlock Summer" and spending lots of money purchasing data or voice bundles for keys to unlock the treasure chests. After winning several prizes in the form of vouchers for Debonairs, Burger King, Nando's and Dischem etc. I have noticed that these vouchers have ever so mysteriously vanished before I have redeemed them, and way before the expiry date too ( I am talking R500 worth of Burger King vouchers). It is very odd that the vouchers have vanished from the " Rewards History" but I still have the sms's. Fortunately I screenshotted the vouchers. I would like to know where those vouchers went if I haven't use it.....I cannot get through to Vodacom ( which is typical). So now I need to trek to the closest Vodacom store and query this after spending loads of money. The very same thing has happened to 2 of my friends. This is absolutely pathetic!!!

I am still patiently awaiting a call!!! But this was to be expected! Sms's have been deleted from my phone! How can that be explained??? The vouchers and sms's for the vouchers have been deleted but I still have the screenshots. It has not expired! It has not been redeemed! Vodacom, what you are doing is highly *******!!! Tampering with and deleting personal information (even if it may be sms's pertaining to the nature of your business) WITHOUT MY CONSENT IS *******!!! I am not the first person this has happened to!!! I suggest those using the app be cautious, as although Vodacom has access to all one's information, feel they have the right to do as they please with one's information!!! I will not be leaving this matter as is......
