Unlock My router!
I’d like to unlock my router as it doesn’t allow me to use a different networks sim.
This is a prepaid router. The agent was unhelpful by telling me to visit a store and couldn’t answer any of q’s.
Why can’t you just unlock it? Or send me the paper work via email? Why do I need to visit a physical branch!?
