unloaded data, poor services Vodacom

I bought a phone Samsumng J5 at Edgars two weeks ago. They told us that Vodacom will give us 200 mg of free data once we download with R29.00. we went back to Edgars after few days and they called Vodacom. Vodacom told us to send sms to 31118 (Smart) that was on the 25 July... We never received our data, and the other problem is that whenever we try to connect to Wifi...we cant even go through... im very dissapointed with Vodacom services...Please someone assist.
