UNLIMITED CALLS FALSE ADVERTISING

A business cell phone contract taken out states very clearly that it is for UNLIMITED CALLS and 5GIG data BUT what VODACOM neglect to tell you is that once the 5GIG data is used ALL calls and sms' are blocked. This is false advertising at its best!!! A call to the call centre illicited absolutely no intelligible response to the query. Jabu was arrogant and ********. She kept asking if we had received the disclaimer form that explained that there was no such thing as an unlimited call contract available - regardless of how many times I asked her to email it to me she just repeated herself and refused to email a copy. The RED VIP Package clearly states UNLIMITED AIRTIME & UNLIMITED SMS.
