********ly handed over to attorneys over amount that has been paid up

Vodacom has handed me over to attorneys despite me having paid my balance owed to them in full. I signed an acknowledgement of debt to pay my outstanding balance last year and now I've been contacted by their new legal department demanding the full amount as initially owed. Not one person from Voacom nor their legal counterparts at Hammond Pole attorneys can resolve this issue. I need urgent assistance as this is threatening my status at ITC
