********L BLACLISTING OF A MOBILE UNIT

We purchased my sister in law's phone when she upgraded to a new contract in July 2019 (Vodacom). We inserted a MTN simcard and worked with this phone from July 2019 up till yesterday when Vodacom spontaneously blacklisted the phone. This is a work phone used to generate INCOME and therefore Vodacom should actually be held liable for our loss of income. NO ONE blocked this phone. NO ONE reported the phone ******. But VODACOM decided its a good idea At the end of the contract 99% of phones are legitly sold to someone else. My sister in law paid her contract for two years so the property was HERS to do with what she wishes once paid in full. We went to numerous Vodacom shops where no one could help us. Eventually we went to MTN and they traced that Vodacom blacklisted the unit. So after calls to vodacom i eventually reached their facebook page. I was now sent forms to complete and return to Vodacom in order to unblock the phone... I wonder how long this will take and if it will ever happen but in SURELY holding VODACOM responsible for all loss of income. VODACOM you have NO RIGHT to block anyones phone that is not reported ******.
