********, ********* & False Info to obtain Sales

I was called on Friday 22/01/2021 @10.54am by Mondo / Rewardsco on behalf of Vodacom. I cannot remember the ladies name. It was with regards to my Vodacom cellphone contract. She had informed me that I have been a loyal customer to vodacom for a long time & due to that fact, Vodacom has given me an educational voucher to the value of R50000.00 & not redeemable for cash & also that my monthly premium was being dropped to R189.00 per month till the contract expires. I was told to be at home as the voucher was being sent through Ram Couriers. This had made my day. The number i was called from is *** which, when i dial, advises this is Rewardsco. When i call Rewardsco & explain the situation, the lady by the name of Shaista who keeps answering puts me through to customer service. I speak to a lady by the name of Noluthando / Nonthando (Thats about all i hear of her name as it wasnt quiet clear) who was rude 1stly, has no way of talking to me, 2ndly says that she cannot pick up anything on her side, then says she can see sales called but nothing recorded then says she cannot see that anyone called which made me wonder what is going on & she drops the call. Why was she rude & have no way of talking??? I call back & spoke to Shaista who said is getting a hold of management as i requested to speak to someone senior or the seniors contact details, she put me on hold then went to an answering service & the call cut. I keep calling back & my calls are getting cut.

1stly i want to know are people offering Vouchers like i was to get sales??? That is highly ********* & ********. 2ndly I want to speak to the CEO of Vodacom & Rewardsco. I have put this to Vodacoms attention as this is a Vodacom contract & Vodacom to know how these call centres are selling the product / contracts using Vouchers like what they had done to me which is done falsely! Should i not receive an urgent reply & call, I shall be taking this up further as this is *********, ******** & falsely done! I want this investigated & want what was promised!!!
