******** subscription to wasp hugemob

I have received an sms a while back and ignored it. it was a subscription to hugemob. over the past weeks my airtym keeps disappearing though I would spend two days without making calls and my phone is a blackberry so internet is via BIS. This wasp hugemob automatically subscribes people by just sending them sms. how can the service provider just allow such without the customers consent.
