******** debit order

I had various issues regarding debit order issues at Vodacom as fron January 2017. I do have proof of all the complaints and queries.
After several months requests, problems etc. my debit order was eventually cancelled by Vodacom. And my profile was changed to cash payer, vir EFT and my salary date are 15th of each month, so I will make payment at the latests 15th of each month.
Suddenly, on Thursday, 15 June 2017, they debited my acount with R5 700. Double payment. I made an EFT payment on the 12th already, received a confirmation sms from vodacom.
I phoned Vodacom call centre on the 16th the morning after I saw my sms indicating that the debit order went off, reference number 1- ********** ********** . To date today, no feedback from Vodacom as yet.
I need my bankcharges of R300 to be refunded immediately to me, as one other debit order could not go through because of the ********l debit amount of Vodacom.
Sedondly, Vodacom must tell and show me who gave them authority to reinstate the debit order?
Thirdly, Why and ********l amount.
Vodacom is doing *****ulant transactions on my bank account, and I wil open a ***** case against them through my bank.
I need a answer within 24 hours.
