******** debit deduction
In December our account was taken over by Vodacom from Nashua Mobile. No money was deducted on the first month and I did a cash payment as it was confirmed that there were no debit order details on the account. Now this month after I already made an EFT payment Vodacom deducts money from my account. Now all of a sudden they have the account details and decided to deduct money from the account. Meaning I paid the account twice now. I phoned Vodacom - after being put through to 4 different people, explaining all it all I was informed that I must now complete a form and the money will be refunded in 7-14 days!!! how pathetic!!! After the payment was made EFT they still deduct money. I now had to do a stop payment at the bank which is costing R43 for *********** people that cant function in a work environment! I want the account to be on a cash payer as I arranged in December. No more debit orders to be deducted from my account!!!
