******** CONDUCT
On the 24th of September I published an email that I had written regarding Query nr ***, to the Company Secretary on the 17th September 2019. To date the Company Secretary hasn't even had the decency to acknowledge receipt of this mail let alone to address the complaint.
Vodacom rep**** on Hello Peter on the 25th of September saying that a consultant will contact me in due course. Almost 2 weeks have passed and still no consultant has contacted me!!!
THIS IS WITHOUT DOUBT THE WORSE SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. It is clear that the only way forward seems to be to take this matter to the SMALL CLAIMS COURT. It is shocking how big companies think they can get away with this kind of ********** behaviour.

16 Oct 2019, 20:22Thank you for your reply, but the matter is far from resolved. I rep**** to an email from your team dated the 8th of October under Ref No EC-1RF0-22B8WJ and I'm still waiting for a reply! For the second time I have requested Vodacom to send me proof of when and how I agreed to subscribe to VLIVE/Content Services. As mentioned in my email a total of R3812.67 has been deducted from my Vodacom account without my permission. Your team initially offered to credit my account via a cell phone message for the amount of R456.75. Thereafter, via the email dated the 8th of October referred to above, I have been offered a further credit for the amount of R986.58. The total credit amounts to R1443.33 which means there is a shortfall of R2 369.34.Unless you can prove to me that I agreed to subscribe to the aforementioned service I demand a refund of the total amount. Unfortunately I cannot accept that Vodacom was prepared to credit to my account just because I am a Valued Customer. Why would they do this if I had agreed to subscribe to VLIVE?
I expect a prompt reply.
