******** billing and Rude consultants

Vodacom switched my number off because of a late payment on my account. I never received a bill for the amount I must pay. I phoned them and got told that my outstanding amount is R10 000. I spent more than 2 hour on the phone trying to find out where that R10 000 owed on my account comes from. Not one of the consultants could answer me. All they said is that there is a prorate amount charged for next month that I have been billed for so long. My contract is R1400 pm and I have a block on my data and my minutes. After that I recharge my account with prepaid data bundles and voice bundles. But Vodacom decides to bill me out of bundle rates for data and phone calls, but I already paid for it. The consultant said that they can see the prepaid bundles on my invoice, but they cannot tell me what I have been billed for. For the period that my case has been escalated, my phone is still blocked, so I can make no phone calls. Vodacom phones me to collect the outstanding amount, I tried to give my reference number for the case that has been escalated, but the consultant was so rude and said that he doesn't have anything to say to me he is going to switch this number off. He dropped the call and a few minutes after that he cancelled my number completely and no one can phone me or reach me in any way on my phone. I am in business and lost a lot of income because of this situation. No client can reach me. I have heard of a lot of Vodacom clients who had the same experience. How can Vodacom keep on charging you after you have a block on your phone? They are milking the people with the open contracts!!
