******** AND ******* DEDUCTIONS FROM BANK ACCOUNT

Would given ZERO if possible!!

My red package 10G contract with Vodacom ended in March 2020. It then went onto a month-to-month service.

I phoned in September 2020, confirmed the contract lapsed in MARCH 2020 and then CANCELLED the contract.

At the same time I asked to be moved onto a 5Gig per month package at R99 per month. The servoce consultant confirmed over the phone I would be charged R99 from the following month.

This was never actioned despite NUMEROUS calls, emails and complaints.

Now, 15 months after the contract ENDED, I am still being billed and money deducted for a contract which does nót exist anymore!!!

I want this to be sorted out ASAP. I don't want any contract with Vodacom anymore and want to be moved to a PAY-AS-YOU-GO plan.

Vodacom has been deducting money from my account ********ly and *******ly because the contract they base those deductions on, has been CANCELLED in 2020.

This is ridiculous and if not sorted out ASAP I will take legal action, as a lawyer I find this conduct shocking and unacceptable to say the least!!!

Ok great. So now I've been moved to PAY-AS-YOU-GO. Went and uploaded a Data bundle for 3GB, received an sms confirming the Data is valid until 29 July 2021, but I have NO internet or data access.

Completely cut off from the network and not receiving anything!!! I have called the 082 135 number 6 times - all automated responses and no one in person to speak to to fix this nonsense!

WHY IS IT SUCH A MISSION TO JUST MOVE TO THE PROPER PLAN THAT I AS THE CONSUMER WANT?

Please can someone from Vodacom just contact me to sort this issue out?! I am a female who definitely need to be able to use my phone in case of an emergency!!!!!!

Received a call from Vodacom on 29 July 2020 in reply to my above complaint and was assisted by Mahali (not sure about the spelling of his name). He addressed my query in a professional manner and I am happy (and very relieved) to say my phone is now finally, after 15 months, on pay-as-you-go, it is connected to the network and I'm finally done with the Vodacom contract saga.
