Unknown vodacom contract amount added to my profile

I had a cellphone contract with vodacom and closed it in 2021, 3 months ago they load a new contract on my profile with a huge amount in a negative amount. I called vodacom to update their ITC records and i was told that will be done in the next 7 days. To this date my credit report still shows that am owing an amount over 20k which i dont know where it comes from. Someone please fix this as its ruining my credit score.
