Unknown subscriptions

<p>I recently found out that I had 3 unknown subscriptions which are deducting R7.00each everyone I recharge. I have ask the call center as to how it is possible that these subscriptions were activated as I have not subscribed to anything as I only utilize my phone for calls,whatsapp and email. The answer I received was that they don't know, I then asked who the subscriptions were for as I would like to take the matter furtherand I was told they don't know who the companies were. This to me is very concerning as this means that Vodafone is not a very secure mobile network as they are allowing companies to activate subscriptions *******ly and taking money via airtime balances everything we recharge. Over the last few months I have lost who knows how much as I cannot get any information from a so called reputable Cellular network. I am very unhappy because I subscriptions can be done *******ly via this network what other information has been accessed, when one Rica's all our personal is uploaded and this can be dangerous. Vodacom is a very unsecured service provider.</p>
