UNKNOWN OVER BILLING

I'm very disappointed with the way Vodacom is sell its customers to their niffy little rat company known as EXCON . In previous months I was billed the following amounts R1800, R2500, R3500, R1970 and currently they say I'm gonna pay R2000 for the Month of November. When I called Vodacom about this size of bills they say I'm subscribe to a company I don't know called EXCON I don't know where these people got my number and I never signed anything with them they are just ******** my data because its an open line with the help of Vodacom. Vodacom does the billing of this ****s and get the profit of this ****. A consultant gave me the number of this EXCON they just say the are unsubscribing me I ask about the refund they say I must talk to vodacom which means there is a link between these two, Vodacom knows about the ****. I VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH VODACOM BECAUES THEY SELL THEIR CUSTOMERS FOR THEIR OWN BENEFITS. CAN ANYONE HELP ME WHAT IS A PEOPLE HAVE DO ? WHO CAN WE TRUST ?, WHY VODACOM IS ALLOWING PEOPLE TO GET ****MED BECAUSE THEIR THE ONES WHO PRIVIDE THE NUMBER TO THESE PEOPLE i WANT MY REFUND
