Unknown deductions with no feedback.
Hi
Any update on my open case. Been waiting 2 months. When i do get a call it is just a social media person but no one is updating me on the deductions made from my bank account.
It seems no one can give me feedback to resolve it or promises to call me with updates but just does not happen.
Is this happening to more clients?
