unknown charges

hi, I was charged R8450 for no reason, I was charged a migration fee of R3670, was said to be my the vodacom lady I spoke to would be R600,i also get charged more than I should already on my phone, I chose my phone with a 2 GB contract for R1600 per month, instead I was charged R2400 for 20GB which I did not want at all. then I still had to wait 3 months for me to be able to push my contract over to prepaid , then the lady said I will be charged R1070 which I'm fine with, but I was charged R3670 which was not correct, my bank account is now in the negative thanks to this ****py network, also seems im not the only one with the same problem as the reviews ive read seem similar to my problem. I'm very very disappointed, and un happy with vodacoms service , I expect a refund of the extra moneys taken as I was told it would charged at the end of December..
