Unknown Charges
<p>one of my Vodacom contracts is in respect of my grand daughter. This month's invoice (HD-4194Q), dated 1 June 2017 contains an entry which is not normal or understood - an amount of R9.65 (Excluding VAT) is charged for "Recharge general". What is this for - is it not true to say that, as the account holder, I am the only person who should be able to charge anything additional to the account?</p>
