Unknown billing from Vodacom

Good morning. On 9/4/17 I had R5.50 left on my Vodacom credit. Suddenly when I check my airtime again I have R0.50 remaining and R5.00 was deducted. I called Vodacom and spoke to a Olwethu who told me I was subscribed to an internet service called Vlite which is an internet service that bills R5.00 daily but he had now deactivated it and when I asked what it was he wouldn't give me a straight answer. I persisted to ask him by which provider this was, whether MTN, Cell C or Vodacom and he pretended he didn't know and continued to say it's an internet service. I asked him once more if it was a Vodacom service and he said no it wasn't by Vodacom but an unknown internet service provider. Finally I asked for my refund of R5.00 because I didn't subscribe to any internet service and certainly whichever he was referring to but he refused to.

After hanging up on the call I read the deacivation SMS sent to me (please see below attachment) and low and behold Vlite is a Vodacom service for video downloading in which I've never used and if I did use it where is the proof that I did, let alone because it is a subscription service why didn't I get an SMS confirmation of my subscription to the service? Activation of something should be matched by confirmation text of some sort. Now I know people can make mistakes and systems can be hacked but there's a difference between customer service, training and employing people that are clued up in products a service provider is offering, speaking over a customer when you should be discerning to what is being said before one concludes the issue, simply listening to keywords of an unfinished sentence is not grounds to solving a problem and Mr Olwethu from Vodacom certainly is horrible at doing his job, he needs training refresher on what he represents and sells to customers. Secondly if Vodacom wants to keep my R5.00 it's fine it's nothing new, this is a 3rd strike since being a customer and it's always billing, they need to sort this out!!! I'm not happy.. Please help
