Unknown Billing Amount

I have been with Vodacom for many years, specifically having a data bundle. I just downloaded my current statement and noticed an amount billed for over R 2300.00. There is no way that this is accurate. I have logged an enquiry with the accounts dept, but know that nothing will be done. Please could you look into this matter and rectify. My Acc nr is I*** ***).
