<p>I have purchased a phone on contract on the 3rd July 2017 at Game Stores. I was told that my bank account will be debited every end of the month with R110.00.</p> <p>On the day of purchase, I made a cash payment of R110.00 which I was told that it is for the connection and that my bank account will only be debited with R110.00 month end.</p> <p>On the 11th July 2017 my bank account was debited with R207.00. I called the call centre to make an enquiry and was told that Vodacom cannot help me as R207.00 is the connection fee and monthly installment of R110.00. The agent on the line could not help and told me that if I want my money back, I should go and cancel my contract she also gave me the contact details for the cancellation department. At the shop I was told to pay the R110.00 for connection fee. I don't understand why is it deducted from my bank account. I also don't understand why it is deducted on the 11th when I was told it will be deducted month end.</p> <p>Is this how Vodacom deals with their customers now? When we have enquiries we are told to cancel our contracts?</p> <p>I have been very loyal to Vodacom for many years and am extremely dissappointed by this.</p> <p>To reverse this deduction will cost me bank charges which i'm not willing to pay.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
