Unkept promises and poor service1-

Come on Vodacom. How long must I still struggle with the poor data service in my area which is Ocean View Bluff Durban. I reported it and was promised that it would be attended to. They promised that a technician would call and verify that the signal which is already boosted was good but no show. I have now received a SMS to say the problem is fixed but even this morning still poor data reception.. Can you help
