Unkept promise

I am so sick and tired of vodacom. I have tried to get help since Saturday....it is now Tuesday. Every month I am struggling with the same problem. And every month I have to contact u. When I first had a problem I contacted vodacom via hello peter and a person by the name of Dominique promised me 1GB for 24 months. I was due for a upgrade the next month and asked will I still receive it. I have been receiving it for the last 6 months give or take and now u don't want to give it to me anymore. When I phone people r telling me that when I upgraded the promise fell away. I AM SO TIRED OF U. TIRED. I have c 3 contracts with u. 2 of which are due for upgrade which I plan on cancelling because u are not worth my money and u r showing me u r not worth my money. All my details r on here and my history of this complaint is on my record. Please get someone to sort it out today.I can't deal with trying to contact u anymore and this seems to be the only place I get a response. I bet u sit back laughing at me and my problem while u count my money. No more. Next step is Icasa or whoever I have to. I have had enough
