Unjustified legal handover by Vodacom

<p>I had a two year contract with Vodacom which ended last year October 2015. My understanding was that I was not owing only to be contacted by the 3rd party collections company Munnik Basson DaGama Inc. a year later November 2016 that I owe their client (Vodacom) +/-R1000. I am so ashamed and angry that Vodacom could not tell me themselves that I owe them money for a whole year, but so quick to hand me over yet they have my cellphone number. The sad thing now is the collections company (Munnik Basson DaGama Inc.) are milking me off every cent, I can never settle the account. I am very disappointed and if this is not resolved I am porting my number to Telkom. </p>
