unit returned unrepaired while under warranty

On the 18th February 2015 I returned my phone to vodacom menlynn to be repaired as it had a problem charging and internet connections. On the 10th of March I went to collect my phone but when I got home it was still not working. I returned the phone back to voda menlynn and the phone was booked in again for repairs. I received an sms saying the unit was not fixed as it required me to pay R 1500 for it to be fixed. this came shocking as my phone is still under warranty and I am still paying for the contract. I am really disapointed in the service received from this service provider after all the negetive things that have been said by people regarding this net work I always thought that people just like saying things, but I now know and understand the frustrations that Vodacom can create in one's life. When I come to think that I even port my MTN number to Vodacom It makes things worse for me as I regret that decision. I am no longer interested in the same unit any more, I lost a lot of money going back and forth, up and down...talking to different people trying to get this whole thing resolved..I want a different Phone and all my expenses compensated...Job numbers ***4.
