Uninformed idiots
I have been trying for days to get full specs on Lenovo laptops available on contract from Vodacom.
The specs on the website and brochure is incomplete. I have logged queries on Facebook and Twitter with no luck. I have been to a Vodashop where I was told "We don't know, google it". I was on the phone with customer service for an hour where I was told "We don't know, google it".
An agent by the name of Nomsa (via the Tobi chatbot) told me the systems run DOS (seriously??). She also told me I should phone Lenovo.
Using google does not work, as the specs differ from the ones in your brochure. Your specs have no mention as to the display resolution or ports on the laptops.
Who in the company can give me any insight with regards to the products you actually sell?
