Unholy alliance with Elite Mobile
Vodacom, your unholy alliance with Elite Mobile is not doing you any favours. Elite Mobile is involved in ********** transactions, so you should not be partnering with them.
Apart from blatantly lying to me, Elite Mobile refuses to keep their end of the upgrade they sold me. I have phoned, emailed all the documents as proof that they ****, written more than one review here, but nothing works. Now I will have to go to the Ombudsman and waste more time and money. I will definitely bring up the fact that Vodacom should also be investigated. If you partner with a company like Elite Mobile, it says something about your ethics as well.

13 Jun 2019, 21:23Thank you to Dean, who contacted me this morning and agreed that there should not be a discrepancy in what I am told a package costs and what I am billed for. I trust that this matter will be escalated, so that Vodacom seriously reconsiders their partnership with Elite Mobile.
