Unhelpfully and *****ulant

Since end April I've noticed that my airtime was being used up by somthing (I dont know how long this has been going on but this when I 1st noticed). I call Vodacom customer care and they told me I was subscribed to VLive as well as other subscription services. They told me I should cancel the subcribtion by dialling *111# and selecting the "unsubscribe. I did this, and got an SMS response stating I was not subcribed to anything. Customer care also told me I can also unsubscribe to other things by SMSing "stop all" to 30333, I did this as well and got an SMS saying I'm not subscribed to anything too. I called them back and asked them to cancel on their side and got and SMS saying that the VLive subscribtion had been cancelled. I thought the problem was resolved. Every single morning thereafter I noticed that my airtime was still disappearing so I called again and went through the exact procedure that of unsubscibing as decribed above. Since then I've called Vodacom atleast every single day and keep being told the same thing and that the problem is resolved but my airtime keeps disappearing. I've had this number for over 15years and Ive never had this problem, I dont surf the net wrecklessly and no how to avoid unwanted subscribtions I'm sure I did not sign up for this. I'm now tired off calling over and over and getting not results. I have to use and alternative phone to make calls because buying airtime is a waste. Vodacom needs to stop ripping me off, I know its not the call center agents fault because they do exactly what they have been trained to do. This need to be escalated to someone who can sovle this problem. If no one can help me at Vodacom please let me know so I can move my number to another network because this is ridiculous, and I'm sure Vodacom will not be willing to give back all the money that Ive lost. I went as far as mailing WASP as well bit no answer... R300 airtime waisted and still continuing
