Unhelpfull vodacom consultants

Called me back about yesterdays post. Still telling me we must follow process so tommorow i must tell my boss again im going to be late for work Must book in my phone again for the 3rd time now. Im sorry this is unacceptable! So i have a contract with vodacom but i dont have a phone to use! Thats nice!! If you can assisit me with an exchange of the device then i would like to end my vodacom contract and give the phone back so that i can take out a contract with mtn! I had enough of this people not willing to assist you with anything. I want response in the next 24hrs about the way going forward. I would also like to speak to a manager and not a normal consultant. In the next 48hrs i want a phone in a working condition. ********** 943
