Unhelpful Vodacom

Ive been trying to pay my cellphone account and it appears so are others via eft using my Capitec account. Vodacom dont have the number to give me and say i must go to my nearest bank. Insane what are we living in a 4th world country. I can pay anyone else but this damn bunch of ****** and to pay them they want me during the lockdown to leave home and go and stand in a queue at the bank. Their service just gets worse.
