Unhelpful response to a technical problem.

Since the 3rd of September I have been trying to get assistance with a software technical issue via your Facebook Messenger service. Your self-help website is woefully inadequate and unhelpful. Your Messenger team do not understand my issue and keep advising me that I need to contact a repair team and to go to one of your stores for help. Well from past experience your East Rand Mall stores are not knowledgeable and have been unable to assist me. I asked your Messenger team how I could get it touch with your IT team and received a 'go to your nearest store' as a response which is unhelpful. My issue is (my initial message): I have a technical question that your frequently asked questions on your site is unable to assist me with. I have a Vodafone K5008-Z 4g USB modem that I

use to connect to the internet. I am Using Windows 7. I have been getting an 'Insert SIM card' error so I plugged in my laptop's Vodafone R218h modem.

After I did that the installer removed the installed software and then installed new software. The SIM card worked fine. I did a system restore which put

back th K5008-Z modem's software. I can connect to the internet but the connection/dashboard window will not run. I get an error that the opco.xml file

is missing. I have done a search on the internet for it but I am unable to find it. Is there a way I can manually recreate the opco.xml file?

As I have requested on Messenger I will appreciate it if someone in your IT department can assist me to resolve this.
