Unhelpful online ***4

I phoned Vodacom on Friday 24 Nov to get the Samsung j5 black Friday deals they have through their app - was told to go in store. This morning the 25 Nov I go into a store and am told that deal is only on line - so from the store I call the ********** 4 - 30 mins later - they refuse to help me or even try and help me to get these deals. They even spoke to the consultant in store - and would not even allow her to get me the deals. I hav been with Vodacom for years - now I wanna get my kids their cell phones - but no joy from them. Service levels are non-existent. It's pathetic being sent from pillar to post.
