Unhelpful consultants

Please note that I placed an order yesterday for the black Friday using reference number VODACOMDIREC- ********** ********** 29, thereafter I called the ********** 4 number but the consultant I spoke too told me to send an email to ********** because the deal was unavailable, which I did. I called again yesterday and spoke to Shaista and she told me that she'll take my details down and get someone to contact me but till now no one has contacted me. When I app**** for the black Friday deal of the Huawei p10 lite and P9 lite there were still 89 units left but no one wanted to help me. I want the black Friday deal because when I placed my order there were units available and if the 2 consultants I spoke to helped yesterday then I won't be having this issue now.
