You guys have refused to debit me for months and this is affecting my credit score. I called in and spoke to someone who claims that his name is Anathi. I do not believe this is his name as he was incredibly rude, arrogant and unhelpful. He disconnected the call. Before disconnecting he didn't even take my details but tried to tell me that I couldn't cancel the debit and make payments monthly because the contract was still relatively new. My credit score is in jeopardy because of YOUR mistake and your staff are disrespectful.
