Tygervalley store not willing or able to change an expired contract to ‘pay as you go’. I was instructed to phone the online service, although the contract was taken out at Tygervalley store. After phoning the number and staying on line one gets cut off, so Vodacom in effect prevents one from changing ones contract!!!
