UNHAPPY WITH VODACOM SERVICE AND CONNECTION

I recently signed up for R399 pm for 36 months which is not supposed to have an increase until 36months is over. Come to my surprise I receive an increase notice to top it all I haven't had wifi from Friday afternoon if you're looking for a wifi contract stay away from Vodacom. No service whatsoever, no one is assisting me when I call I am sent to automated voice. I work from home, how am I supposed to work when Vodacom has connection issues from Friday, it's Monday 13H00 still no connection but increase letter.
