Unhappy with Vodacom service!
Their service is bad. They don't want to assist in branch to cancel my contract, they say I have to phone customer service and cancel it myself. This service is not helpful and friendly. I cancelled via email in June, up to today they haven't cancelled my contract, now I have to pay R1000 more before I can cancel.!
