Unhappy with vodacom constant bad service!

<p> </p> <p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I’m am overall not happy with the service I receive from vodacom!</p> <p> </p> <p>1.) Firstly my contract was a mess-up from the start, please see mail below of 2014</p> <p>2.) Unfortunately I was under the impression Vodacom service improved, but no luck, it is worse.</p> <p>3.) I have upgraded online with lots of regrets, regarding *********** service.</p> <p>4.) I upgrade on line for a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Black on the Smart S package, with lots of issues & no one assisting me for about 2weeks, after many calls & holding on on several calls for more than 30minuts.</p> <p>5.) After 4 weeks, many calls & making sure my order is good, I received a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge GOLD on the uChoose M package???</p> <p>6.) After many calls and just excuses, sorry sorry, the incorrect pacage was picked up 2 weeks after that?</p> <p>7.) Now I am waiting, 3day’s after more many calls to find out when I will receive my correct order, but no service!, & holding on, on several calls for more than 20-30minuts?</p> <p>8.) The response was vodacom need to process the incorrect order & maybe in another 4 weeks I will receive a package, and if it will be correct no one knows!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?</p> <p>9.) After about 4 weeks, asking to speak to a supervisor many times, just put on hold and never came back to me, the team leader or consultant I eventually spoke to, promise me he will correct all, and give the first month free & 1GB data for 24 months extra on top of that package & I will receive the package Monday 30May’16 , already due & it didn’t take place?!@?!?!?!? No no one knows about this and back at square one!?!?!?!?!? </p>
