Unhappy with Vodacom

Vodacom are sharks. Trying since January to cancel a recurring data bundle. Everytime I deal with vodacom I get told it has been canceled. We went into the banch were they dealt with the main office directly and was told it has been cancel. Well it still can off my credit card again. This is a disgrace and in my opinion no *****.
