unhappy with TOBI

I would like to give vodacom a big fat 1 Rating for their unfriendly TOBI and also emphasise that it is very difficult getting hold of Agents

i tried requesting for my ITC but got a message without the itC sent an email to to their customer care which told me to use TObi

my ITC is urgently requested at the police station even worse my brother number has been blocked because we have been trying to call vodacom cant belive this
