UNHAPPY WITH THE VODACOM SERVICE

Vodacom south Africa its really ruin my life after i pay every cent was owing them last year around in July ,every time when i am applying for credit they been telling me that i owe Vodacom .I try to call them since last year they been telling me that they will send settlement letter until today haven't received anything . spoke to Fikile last week she seems she dont even know how to help me I AM SO REALLY **** OFF WITH VODACOM
