Unhappy with the pathetic service

I am so upset with the service I'm getting from vodacom accounts Department. To date I have been phoning 4 times in connection with a contract that I cancelled in Dec 2020. The reason I cancelled the contract in the 1st place is because they didn't port my prepaid number to my contract number! They gave me a brand new number and that is not what I requested. I tried to cancel this contract several times to no avail. They keep on taking money from my bank account. I am revering the debit order but I'm scared it will affect my credit score. The last consultant I spoke to name is Prince, he said my contract has been cancelled and that no debit orders will be going off my account anymore but today a debit order of R74 went off my bank account again. I will never take out a contract with this network provider ever again. Service is pathetic!!! They drop the calls when you start to complain
