UNHAPPY WITH SERVICE RECEIVED
SEND PHONE IN FOR REPAIRS WHICH IS UNDER WARRANTY WHICH OVER-HEATED ONLY TO BE TOLD IT IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY...STAFF CAN'T TELL YOU WHAT CAUSES THE PROBLEM SO NOBODY CAN GIVE YOU ANSWERS...BEING A LOYAL CLIENT FOR OVER 20 YEARS WITH 3 CONTRACTS...NEED TO LOOK AT NEW SERVICE PROVIDER...CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST WITHIN VODACOM
