Unhappy with service
I did data contracts at vodacom waterfront in Bloemfontein I was assisted by consultant called Reginald and I want to cancel it cause of wrong information he gave now he keeps saying he did cancel but when I call customer care they say it’s still active and it’s been 2 weeks now and vodacom did deduct for nothing I signed for
