unhappy with product

on Monday i went to upgrade my contract at east gate mall vodacom,i asked for double promotion deal they said they don't have ,after four day i saw that they were advertising may promotion ,now they telling i was wrong to take what they gave me and what they gave was not on promotion .i went telling them that i went promotion,in four grace period they said no i im not happy with what they gave me,i have been customer for vodacom for long time the the East gate mall vodacom service is very poor ,
