Unhappy with contractors work

I'm really unhappy with the fibre contractors installing the fibre here by us in Dersley Park. 3 weeks ago they uplifted my paving and told me in 2 hours they will fix it back to how it was and still no results in fixing my paving. The supervisor told me 2 weeks ago he will come and fix it. i'm still waiting for him and he is no where to be wound.
