Unhappy Vodacom customer

I have informed Vodacom that during lockdown period i won't get a salary and that i wont be able to make payment on my account from the end of April. They requested that i send the necessary documents - ID, payslip and letter from employer. They said they can offer me 2 options. The 1 is that i can pay 50 %of my account end of April and end of May. Option 2 Contract being converted to prepaid for 3 months or when lockdown is over then there won't be any billing added to my account. I chose option 2. Now i have learned that i have been handed over to legal department for account being in arrears and my name will be in bad debt and services has been suspended. All of this after i have informed vodacom about situation and on top of that the agent that I've spoke to was very unprofessional and told me i have to pay regardless in what situation i am.
